1121 XXXL Steam Basmati is the supreme grade of the 1121 variety — hand-sorted to select only the longest, most uniform grains from each harvest. Aged a minimum of 12 months, these extraordinary steam-processed grains reach lengths of up to 9 mm raw and exceed 20 mm cooked. Brilliantly white, fluffy, and non-sticky, they are ideal for luxury retail packaging, high-end restaurant programmes, and gift-grade exports commanding the very highest market premiums.
