Our Whole Cloves are sourced from the world's premier clove-growing origins — Indonesia (Maluku Islands) and Zanzibar, Tanzania — where the tropical climate produces buds of exceptional size, aroma, and essential oil content. Hand-harvested before the buds open and sun-dried to preserve their deep reddish-brown colour and intense eugenol-rich fragrance, our cloves are sortex-cleaned and export-graded for consistent quality. Widely used in spice blends, biryanis, Middle Eastern cooking, confectionery, pharmaceuticals, and essential oil extraction.
